Boxing

Among our roster of health and fitness experts, we have a few experts in the sport of boxing. If you are interested in boxing or want to learn how to defend yourself if you ever need to, then our boxing program will be perfect for you. Our gym has a boxing ring which will be used for training matches. We will start training you by teaching you some boxing basics and afterwards, you will be able to put up a good fight against other boxers.

Why get into boxing?

You might be asking yourself why you need to practice boxing as part of our training program. The answer is simple. It is an excellent workout that positively impacts the majority of the muscle groups in your body.

It is especially beneficial for the muscles in your arms and upper body strength. Apart from that, boxing also increases your flexibility and agility as you need to be quick on your feet to be a good boxer. As a result, it also improves your balance and hand eye coordination skills.
